Abion is a European IP powerhouse with big ambitions and are now looking for a Web Security Specialist to join our Web Security team in Gothenburg. What You'll Do

As a Web Security Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Abion's clients with support, troubleshooting, and advisory related to our brand protection services and solutions. Tasks may include managing orders of SSL/TLS certificates, consulting on DNS services, Email Compromise Protection (ECP), liaising with both customers and suppliers, as well as conducting preliminary studies, invoicing, and report in writing. You will primarily handle cases from a case management system and guide clients as needed. Over time, you may also manage and hold client meetings concerning IoT solutions.

Desirable Qualities and Qualifications

Familiar with SSL/TLS and know and understand what DMARC is
Be able to prioritize and plan you work in an efficient way
Service minded
Ambitious & passionate about your work
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technical minded
Experience from Web Security and/or the Domain industry
Functional experience from operations/delivery teams
Experience from process improvements and automation
A bachelor's degree within suitable fields
