- Coordinate and carry out work with analysis, monitoring, and reporting on credit, liquidity, and market risks.
- Be responsible for the development/implementation and continuous improvement of the risk framework in your area of expertise.
- Participate and act as the competence hub in the ICLAAP, and relevant stress testing.
- Be part of IT requirements definition and continuous optimization of risk reporting and measurement within your area of expertise
- Monitor the work of regulators with the development of new policies and procedures within the capital adequacy/Liquidity/risk management etc. You will have the unique opportunity to be responsible for several important projects that affect the future direction of the risk control function.
- Have 3-5 years of work experience and a background in working with Quantitative risk analysis.
- An educational background in mathematics and/or statistics and/or financial economics.
- Possess a deep understanding of the regulatory requirements connected to financial market operations.
- A proven track record of performing/participating in ICLAAP.
- Experience in managing a similar role successfully.
- Good skills in SQL, R, Python, or similar systems, and excellent Excel skills including VBA.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills.
- A good and effective communicator, able to make complex matters look simple and effectively communicated.
- A flexible person that is easy to cooperate with
- Able to handle both the tactical and strategic perspective, meaning that can solve a particular problem here and now but also put it into a more strategic context.
- You are an eager, ambitious, and positive person.

Our Risk Control function is now seeking a dedicated quantitative risk analyst to take on an important role in our risk organization.
You will get the opportunity to work with analysis and monitoring of credit-, liquidity- and market risk as well as risk metrics across various risk categories. In addition to working closely with other colleagues in the risk organization, you will work closely with the Treasury and Credit teams. In this role you'll report directly to the Chief Risk Officer.
