    Administrativt ansvarig för verksamhetsstiftelsen FINGERS Brain Health Institute

    Den anslagsfinansierade och icke-vinstdrivande verksamhetsstiftelsen FINGERS Brain Health Institute, FBHI ( ), driver och samordnar klinisk forskning som syftar till riskreduktion och prevention av demens och kognitiv svikt. FBHI arbetar med aktiviteter som bygger på den banbrytande FINGER-studien och är det vetenskapliga navet för nätverket World-Wide FINGERS, där forskare från över 60 länder ingår. FBHI driver också implementeringen i samhället av resultaten från de olika FINGER-relaterade studierna för maximal patientnytta.

    FBHI organiserar nu om och söker därför en administrativt ansvarig för stiftelsen.

    Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden och arbetsuppgifter:

    • Övergripande ansvar för stiftelsens administrativa verksamhet genom att säkerställa och hantera de administrativa processerna inom a. ekonomi, HR, IT, infrastruktur och forskning, så att stiftelsen uppfyller samtliga juridiska skyldigheter
    • Firmatecknare för stiftelsen
    • Primär kontakt med stiftelsens outsourcingpartner för fakturahantering, bokföring och lönehantering samt även med banker, försäkringsbolag, myndigheter, revisor, m.fl.
    • Interaktioner med och projektrapportering till stiftelsens styrelse samt internationella anslagsgivare, ofta inom snäva tidsramar
    • Finansiell planering och budgetering vid FBHI:s anslagsansökningar
    • Månatlig uppföljning av stiftelsens resultat på projektnivå mot erhållna anslag
    • Framtagande av statistikuppgifter för internt och externt bruk
    • Administrativt stöd vid interna möten och behjälplig vid större möten och konferenser
    • Bistå organisationen vid Detta innebär bl.a. utarbetande och hantering av befattningsbeskrivningar, anställningsavtal, tjänstepensions- och försäkringsavtal, hjälp vid anställningsintervjuer, lönesättning samt "onboarding" av nyanställda
    • Löpande support av anställda med HR- och ekonomiinformation, dvs att verka som en "helpdesk" inom dessa områden
    • Ansvarig för FBHI:s dokumenthanteringssystem samt hantering och uppdatering av avtal och dokument
    • Ansvarig för stiftelsens interna och externa IT-system

    Personalansvar för en projektadministratör, ytterligare medarbetare kan tillkomma över tid.

    Bakgrund och personliga egenskaper:

    • Utbildning på högskolenivå, exempelvis inom företagsekonomi, HR eller liknande
    • Mångårig erfarenhet av kvalificerat administrativt och stödjande arbete inom ekonomi, HR och IT, gärna från områden såsom Life Science eller vård och omsorg
    • Erfarenhet av att verka i och utveckla administrationen i en framgångsrik, internationell och mångkulturell forskningsmiljö
    • Kunskap om legala och skatterelaterade frågor för svenska stiftelser
    • Goda HR-kunskaper och god insikt i arbetsrättsliga frågor
