Vi letar efter en butikschef som är driven, engagerad och kan coacha sina medarbetare till att skapa förstklassig köpupplevelse för våra kunder. Som Butikschef på Twilfit by Change kommer du att vara en viktig del av vårt uppdrag, att hjälpa våra kunder att känna sig bekväma och vackra i våra underkläder, oavsett storlek.

Vi söker dig som är framgångsrik i din roll som Butikschef eller ledare från en liknande position. Du har skapat dina resultat genom att motivera och inspirera ditt team med din personlighet och genom att visa dem vägen.

Vi förväntar oss att du:

Drivs av att skapa resultat både genom dina medarbetare, men också genom dina egna insatser.
En erfaren ledare som kan coacha och inspirera för utveckla medarbetarna till att nå sina egna och butikens mål.
Mycket duktig på att ge goda råd till dina kunder – en förmåga du har fått från positioner inom kundservice, försäljning eller liknande.
Är en person med positiv energi och med omtanke om kunden vilket gör att du kan skapa en bekväm miljö i intima situationer.
Som butikschef förväntar vi oss att du tar det fulla ansvaret för butikens dagliga verksamhet så att butiksmålen kan uppnås.

DU HAR ERFARENHET AV:

Personalplanering och optimal schemaläggning. .
Du har förmågan att skapa lönsamhet genom analys och handlingsplan och detta kommer att synas i din P&L.
Ledning och coachning av dina medarbetare.
Säljträning
Uppfylla dagliga försäljnings- och KPI-mål
Se till att butikens uttryck alltid följer gällande riktlinjer.
Administrativa uppgifter och håller alla deadlines

Förutom en fast lön, har du möjlighet att få bonus och därmed uppnå vinstdelning i förhållande till de resultat du skapar. På Twilfit by change förväntar vi oss att du driver butiken som om den vore din "egen". I gengäld erbjuder vi dig möjligheten att få ta del av 25-50% av butikens vinst. Du kan förvänta dig att spela en viktig roll i ett ambitiöst och framgångsrikt företag.
