    About the Role:

    In this position you will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse. This role involves maintaining accurate records of inventory, ensuring the proper handling of materials, and supporting the overall operations of the warehouse to meet the company's distribution needs efficiently.

    Location and work dynamics:

    The position is based in our Gothenburg office at Exportgatan 1B, Hisings Backa, in Gothenburg.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receiving Goods, verify quantities and quality, and record any discrepancies or damages by following the procedures for handling defect goods.
    • Inventory Management, accurately sort, label and store goods in the designated storage areas. Perform regularly inventory counts and keep the ERP system up to date.
    • Order Fulfilment, pick, pack and label goods for dispatch according to customer order, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This also includes kitting for production.
    • Equipment Operation, safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move stock and organize the warehouse efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
    • Documentation, complete necessary paperwork and data entry for inventory, shipping and receiving records. Including customs invoice, delivery notes, booking deliveries with various freight companies.

    Requirements:

    • English: fluent in writing and speaking
    • Forklift license A
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
    • Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments.
    • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues quickly.
    • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills; basic computer skills for inventory management software; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
