- Receiving Goods, verify quantities and quality, and record any discrepancies or damages by following the procedures for handling defect goods.
- Inventory Management, accurately sort, label and store goods in the designated storage areas. Perform regularly inventory counts and keep the ERP system up to date.
- Order Fulfilment, pick, pack and label goods for dispatch according to customer order, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This also includes kitting for production.
- Equipment Operation, safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move stock and organize the warehouse efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Documentation, complete necessary paperwork and data entry for inventory, shipping and receiving records. Including customs invoice, delivery notes, booking deliveries with various freight companies.
- English: fluent in writing and speaking
- Forklift license A
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments.
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues quickly.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
