    Our entire reason for existing goes back to our thinking that restaurant staff should be able to focus on the core business rather than on administration. With this in mind, our product will easily keep track of price fluctuations, purchase volumes, offer prices, and much more, regarding the management of a restaurant.

    Your day to-day as a Senior Backend Engineer at Parsly:

    As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be a core member of our application development team.

    • Create and maintain applications & services
    • Continuously improve performance & scalability of our applications & services
    • Define & drive the architecture work in collaboration with the team

    Who do we believe you are?

    We believe you are a Senior-level Backend Engineer that's looking for new challenges with an international and dynamic company.

    To join us, you need to:

    • Have 7+ years of experience with backend engineering
    • Have experience using design patterns, SOLID designs and API driven services
    • Understand and continuously writes tests for code produced
    • You write well-documented clean code


    It's a plus if you:

    • Have experience with Java/Kotlin
    • Have experience with testing suites, like JUnit, Mockito, etc
    • Have Database skills (we use PostgreSQL)
    • Have experience with micro-services architecture and cloud based applications (AWS)
