    Tackle exciting challenges, scaling services for our distributed game. Collaboration, innovation, and a passion for interactive experiences are key in this role. No prior gaming experience necessary - just a thirst for creativity and technical excellence

    As a Backend Engineer you will be an integral part of a highly creative team, focusing on a powerful and reusable infrastructure, working on different backend components for our teams.

    Here you will have the opportunity to take initiative and drive solutions to exciting challenges, building services that power our company, making sure they scale and continuously improve on them.

    Must Have:

    Proficiency in close collaboration with software engineers and technical directors, fostering synergy

    Demonstrated ability to develop and enhance game-related services, features, and tools

    Proven track record of driving relentless improvement in our engineering practices

    Commitment to delivering code that significantly enhances team capabilities

    You must have exposure to our tech stack (Go, AWS, C++, Rust, Bazel, Kubernetes, Terraform)

    Nice to Have:

    An inquisitive and creative mindset

    Enthusiasm for interactive experiences and emerging tech

    Proficiency in distributed systems design and implementation

    Strong teamwork and communication skills

    Initiative-driven problem-solving

    Proficiency in professional English communication
