- Strategic and operational responsibility for performance marketing (Google Ads and paid social)
- Optimizing (A/B test) our conversation on our web, marketing automation (Hubspot) landing pages, G2/Capterra, white papers, CTAs, UX flows, etc.
- Coordinating and optimizing SEO
- Tracking and analyzing our KPIs
- B2B Performance Marketing (Growth funnel optimization)
- Several years of experience working with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hubspot marketing hub (or similar), SEO, wordpress/CMS and paid social
- Ability to understand technical systems, numbers, and statistics
- Ability to write informative and persuasive ads
- Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English

- Competitive Compensation. For this role (Level 3 in our job architecture) our salary is targeted at to SEK in base. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise. We take a geo neutral approach to compensation, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.

As a Performance Marketer, you will have overall responsibility for setting up and optimizing our conversion rates in all of Sysarb's digital channels, with focus on web, social, SEO and SEM. You will work together with Sysarbs Head of Marketing as reporting manager and closely with our commercial team in Stockholm to achieve our set goals.
