    Som Field Application Engineer inom testning är du länken mellan teknik och kundbehov. Du blir vår expert som levererar skräddarsydda lösningar och teknisk support till våra kunder i Norden, med fokus på Göteborgsregionen. Genom att kombinera stark kommunikation, teknisk expertis och en passion för att lösa problem, kommer du att vara en nyckelspelare i vår snabbt växande organisation.


    Du kommer att arbeta med:

    • Tillhandahålla teknisk support före och efter försäljning till kunder, inklusive produktdemonstrationer, felsökning och utbildning.
    • Samarbeta med säljteamet för att identifiera kundkrav och rekommendera lämpliga lösningar.
    • Utveckla och underhålla starka relationer med nyckelkunder, förstå deras tekniska utmaningar och tillhandahålla snabba lösningar.
    • Hålla tekniska presentationer och förmedla information på ett tydligt och övertygande sätt.
    • Fungera som en länk mellan kunder och interna ingenjörsteam, och ge värdefull feedback och insikter för att driva produktförbättringar.
    • Hålla sig uppdaterad om branschtrender och teknologier.

    Arbetsbeskrivning
    I rollen som Field Application Engineer inom testning ansvarar du för att tillhandahålla teknisk support och expertis till våra kunder i hela Norden men framför allt i Göteborgsregionen. Du kommer att arbeta nära vårt säljteam och vara den första kontaktpunkten för kunder för att förstå deras tekniska krav, erbjuda produktdemonstrationer och skräddarsydda lösningar utifrån deras behov. Denna roll kräver starka kommunikationsfärdigheter, teknisk kompetens och förmågan att trivas i en snabbt omväxlande miljö. I takt med att tekniklandskapet förändras, erbjuder vi kontinuerlig utbildning, både lokalt och i Stuttgart på vårt huvudkontor, samt praktiska erfarenheter för att säkerställa att du alltid är uppdaterad med de senaste tekniska framstegen.


    Vi söker dig som har:

    • Kandidat- eller Civilingenjörsexamen i Datavetenskap, Elektroteknik eller relaterat område.
    • Stark programmeringsgrund i C++, C#, Python eller liknande.
    • Utmärkta problemlösnings- och analytiska färdigheter.
    • Goda kommunikations- och sociala färdigheter.
    • Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och som en del av ett team.
    • Kommunicera både på Svenska och Engelska.
    • Erfarenhet av CANoe är mycket meriterande.

    Tjänsten är baserad på vårt kontor i Göteborg, som är beläget på Lindholmen Science Park. Vi förväntar oss att du sträcker dig lite längre för att säkerställa kundens tillfredsställelse. Dessutom bör du vara generös med din kunskap och redo att hålla tekniska presentationer och seminarier. Rollen kräver också en stark förmåga till logiskt tänkande för att kunna bistå våra kunder med avancerad felsökning inom deras tekniska miljöer.
