- As a Studio Support Consultant, you will be part of the Clients' Business Operations and work closely with the management team in the daily activities to support the Design Facility.
- Support the Facility team with following up and implementing of faults and their solutions.
- Responsible for the Design Studio administration supporting the Client and sister Company's.
- Responsible for supporting internal and external Design presentations for both brands.
- Drive the continuous improvement activities for the Design facility.
- Support the Facility Management team when required.
- Responsible for conference facilities.
- An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, and seeking a challenging role.
- Previous experience as a business assistant would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of Business Applications (SAP).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English with the confidence to communicate efficiently and effectively.
