Till kontoret i Göteborg söker Schenker nu en Operational Accountant till vårt faktureringsteam.

Som Operational Accountant kommer du främst arbete olika administrativa ekonomiska uppgifter kopplade till våra godsflöden inom sjölogistik.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter är:

Du gör löpande fakturering och kostnadskontroll
Du har tät kontakt med övriga avdelningar inom Division Ocean i hela Norden
Du har daglig kontakt med våra leverantörer
Du har viss kundkontakt
Du uppdaterar våra IT-system med rätt information
Du analyserar resultat på varje skeppning

Din Profil

Vi ser helst att du tidigare arbetat med sjötransport
Du har förmågan att arbeta strukturerat och noggrant och se övergripande mönster
Du är ansvarstagande och strävar alltid efter att utmaningar löses på bästa sätt för alla inblandade parter
Du är flexibel och gillar att arbeta i en bransch med snabba förändringar och ständigt nya förutsättningar
Du är en god kommunikatör som obehindrat kan använda svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
Du har goda kunskaper i Officepaketet, framför allt Excel
Du har övergripande god IT-kunskap för att effektivt kunna arbeta i nya system

Vi kan erbjuda en utmanande tjänst i ett team med engagerade och serviceinriktade kollegor.
Tjänsten är tillsvidare med 6 månaders provanställning.
