    The Position
    We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Manager with a focus on content production to join our Project Management Team.

    In our team we know, in our core, that communication is key. We know that setting the right expectations, the right process and the right scope allows us to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the right quality. But more importantly. We know that staying close to the Internal and external team is crucial for our projects to be delivered successfully.

    In this position you will work with one of our biggest clients within the beauty industry.

    Responsibilities

    Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, making sure we act in time.

    Be first point of contact towards the client, handling all day-to-day communication with the external parties and internal team.

    Together with the Project Managers make sure that we have the right competence for the right project by well thought through resource planning.

    Drive and maintain campaign projects and content-creating productions.

    Coordinate different and multiple projects at the same time.

    Test functionality, proofread text and/or review design together with project team.

    Build relationships with suppliers to get the best possible collaboration.

    • Experience from a similar role, preferably from an agency
    • Documented experience managing both internal and external stakeholders
    • Knowledge in graphic and digital production is key
    • A service-minded mindset and skill to run many parallel projects to cope with periods of high pressure in production
    • Excellent communication skills in English
