We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager on the behalf of our client.

Background:

Solutions Image sensing and data analysis in sustainable aquaculture

Our client is a company where new IoT solutions are nurtured and scaled to their fullest potential with the global market in mind. Each business division includes members with competence in product/business development, sales, and marketing with an entrepreneurial approach. We scale B2B solutions, through the client's brand and partnerships.

This is our Sustainable farming project:

A sustainable farming project is a business-ready end-to-end solution for sustainable farm management in the aquaculture and agriculture segment. It consists of sophisticated trackers, sensors, cloud service, and a web interface that's accessible from any connected device. The solution provides critical data that enables informed decision-making and business optimization.

What we are looking for:

A dedicated Senior Product Manager with experience from a similar role or as CTO from a start-up or scale-up to be responsible for the definition of and driving the product vision and strategy. You have a strategic attitude and are very familiar with the application of technology in the areas of computer vision and analytics.

You have hands-on experience taking projects and products from start to finish, and you are an excellent communicator with a multi-cultural understanding. You believe that the success factor is made by an excellent team where each one's contribution and tight-knit teamwork make the success for the business.

This position is based in Malmö.

Requirements

Your scope:

You will create the technical direction for the sustainable farming solution and services development, and build and implement the strategic plan. Identify the resources vital to put the plan into action and be responsible for the entire process.

Develop strategy including product and technology to fulfill business goals
Use external and internal stakeholders' feedback to make informed decisions about improvements and adjustments to technology
Explore and define how to introduce new technologies that yield a competitive advantage
Explore and pursue relevant technology partnership opportunities
Lead and coach the product and development team and collaborate with sales & marketing
Set up our operational and service delivery setup
Ensure appropriate quality assurance practices

You bring:

Shown track record of leading product and technology and excellent leadership skills, aligning people's goals and motivators
Technology background with exposure to IoT and data science, computer science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar quantitative area
Deep exposure to SaaS, analytics, and Computer vision
Ability to build strong partner and supplier relations and understand technology trends to build a customer-centric product strategy
Understanding of start-up or scale-up environment
MSc in equivalent required, additional MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a merit
