Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting those in need and shaping the success of our partners and clients.

    Must Have:

    At least 4+ years of senior software development experience

    Deep React knowledge

    Capability to train junior developers and coach intermediate and other senior developers

    Experience in project planning and architecture

    Very good knowledge in spoken and written Swedish and English

    You are communicative, self-sufficient, structured, and committed to continuous self-development

    Nice to Have:

    General and domain-specific technical knowledge beyond the level of junior and intermediate developers

    Ability to work independently and partially lead projects

    Proficiency in making sound architectural decisions and maintaining technical product health

    Understanding of the business case to align programming decisions with business goals

    Collaborative mindset, maintaining a positive atmosphere and motivating the team
