- Manage our infrastructure and SRE operations, aiming for consistent performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement continuous delivery pipelines to optimize our software delivery process.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to make informed decisions about design and deployment.
- Lead our transition to cloud-based technologies.
- Implement monitoring strategies to ensure our systems meet performance metrics and SLAs.
- Foster a DevOps culture within the team and guide them in adopting new processes and tools.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, such as Docker, container orchestration, Linux, and microservices.
- Proficiency in DevOps methodologies and tools.
- Deep understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
- Proven collaboration skills and experience working with software engineering teams.
- Proven leadership experience
- Fluent in both Swedish and English
- Solid experience in Windows Server administration and Windows networking.
- Experience in transitioning from traditional infrastructure to the cloud.
- Interest in updating and modernizing systems and processes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Description:
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to help us navigate this transition. This role is an opportunity to oversee the modernization of our infrastructure from a traditional Windows Server environment to cloud-based technologies.
