Job Description:

For our Skopje based office, we are looking for a passionate Mechanical Design Engineer to play a key role in our product development and innovation processes. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in mechanical design, possess excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing the latest design tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals.
• Conceptualize, design, and develop mechanical components and systems.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings and illustrate custom, accurate designs to clients.
• Complete and release component designs and documentation, produce Bill of Materials
• Work closely with manufacturing team to ensure smooth transition from design to production.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or end year of studies.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software (e.g., Inventor, CATIA)
• Strong communication skills required, good knowledge of English.
• Competency in MS Office
• Good understanding of moving mechanical parts such as bearings and linear movement
• Good understanding of statics and mechanics of materials
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to understand technical drawings, to analyze the best process and to estimate costs, work to deadlines and orientation towards problem-solving.
• Attention to details and commitment to quality and results.
