Vi letar efter en driven och målinriktad individ med god erfarenhet inom finansvärlden, idealiskt sett inom försäljningsorganisationer eller fordonsbranschen. Du är en expert inom ekonomi och redovisning med gedigen erfarenhet av att skapa och analysera finansiella rapporter enligt lokala GAAP och IFRS-standarder.
Som Financial and Controlling Manager är du en strategisk tänkare med en imponerande förmåga att planera och genomföra finansiella strategier för att driva företagets tillväxt. Du är van vid att arbeta i en snabbt föränderlig miljö och har förmågan att navigera och prioritera i komplexa situationer.
Du är en utmärkt kommunikatör som trivs i en miljö där samarbete och nätverkande är nyckeln till framgång. Din förmåga att bygga starka relationer och påverka beslutsfattare på alla nivåer är avgörande för att driva innovation och förbättring inom finansområdet.
Du är en självgående problemlösare med passion för att identifiera och implementera effektiva lösningar. Teknik är en naturlig del av ditt arbete och du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med affärssystem och mjukvaror, med företrädesvis erfarenhet av SAP. Dessutom behärskar du både engelska och svenska flytande, vilket gör att du kan kommunicera och samarbeta smidigt på båda språken.

ArbetsbeskrivningDu kommer ha ansvar för att utforma alla lokala GAAP/IFRS-finansiella rapporter i samarbete med centrala finansmotparter som en del av revisionsprocessen och skattemässig överensstämmelse.Genom din planeringsförmåga kommer smart Sweden att dra nytta av en effektiv budgetering och planering för att säkerställa en disruptiv marknadsintroduktion.Du kommer vara den ultimata källan till insikter om den svenska marknaden för den lokala Vd:n, det lokala försäljnings- och marknadsföringsteamet samt för ytterligare intressenter på HQ.Du kommer hantera den lokala systemkonfigurationen och genomförandet av affärsbehoven genom att tolka och tillämpa både BRD (Business Requirements Documents) och BBP (Business Blueprints).Du kommer säkerställa nära samordning med smart Europas CFO och respektive funktioner för att stödja finansstyrning samt ytterligare områden som HR, juridik, efterlevnad och inköp.

Värt att veta
Detta är ett konsultuppdrag där du blir anställd av Inhouse (eller fakturerar oss) och arbetar ute på uppdrag hos smart Sweden. Uppdraget är på heltid 6 månader med önskad start så snart som möjligt. Du kommer att arbeta på plats i Göteborg med möjlighet till distansarbete.
Detta är ett konsultuppdrag som erbjuder goda möjligheter för rätt kandidat, till både förlängning och tillsvidareanställning inom ramen för uppdraget.
