WorkShop is now looking for a Program Manager to cover during maternity leave that will be responsible for driving and developing the program för Intel. We are looking for someone with a passion for retail, people and digital training, with experience in project management and initiating and running retail engagement program and events. Job Description Overview

In the position as Program Manager, you will develop and own the program strategy and making sure it is translated into relevant activities in form of platform content and other activations and followed up with data to ensure engagement. Working directly with the client you will be responsible for planning, creating, and develop the strategy for the engagement program and facilitating and executing the engagement process. In your role you will work together and lead the program team consisting of community managers, production managers, creative resources etc.

As our Program Manager, you will also:

• be the central point of contact for the client as well as our production and governance team. You will be responsible for ensuring that key strategy objectives and program delivers the engagement in the program and reported back with constant feedback and development to the client and the program team
• lead the work of the global engagement team as well as running and developing strategy for the engagement program. You will engage with key stake holders daily to make sure we deliver the best-in-class engagement program
• lead and strategically plan the role out for all markets globally. This means that setting up the team and create reporting structure and plan for approach to make sure people are engaged and aligned
• staff liability for a Project Manager, Production coordinator and the regional Managers as well as being responsible for the creative dedicated team and Data team. You will be responsible for ensuring that everyone in the program team works together and delivers in line with expectations. You will follow up the regional leads and support them in their regional strategies
• take a strategic position within Workshop as a leader for one of our key clients and support the rest of the program management teams in strategic decisions and structures around planning and deliveries with expertise on ambassador programs

Role Requirements

• Have 5+ years experience from a similar position, preferably from an In-house agency
• Relevant studies within marketing or economics
• Excellent knowledge of different types of digital communication channels
• Experience with presenting and working with c-level executives for global brands
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English (English is the company language)
• Experience in managing people
• A passion for digital community platforms and experience from working with social media
• An enthusiasm for technology, computers and gaming (not necessary but a big plus)
• A positive mind set and a social team player with a solution oriented "can do" attitude
• Experience from driving brand advocacy and influencing others is meriting
