- Travel to client sites, primarily paper and pulp mills, across Sweden to perform equipment control, maintenance, and replacements, specializing in mechanical, electrical, and automatic control installations.
- Ensure meticulous documentation and adherence to CE marking standards when applicable.
- Coordinate and actively participate in ERF (Equipment Reliability Forum) and GEER (Global Equipment Engineering Review) meetings to contribute insights and drive improvements.
- Manage procurement activities, including ordering and maintaining technical communications with equipment suppliers.
- Conduct both preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Maintain and oversee spare parts inventory to support efficient field operations.
- At least 5 years of experience in field service roles with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and automatic control installations, demonstrating proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining complex equipment systems.
- Knowledge in electrical systems and automation.
- Strong sense of urgency, effective prioritization, and ability to work independently under pressure to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Swedish is essential for effective client interactions and documentation.
- Home office-based role with frequent travel across Scandinavia (estimated 50 overnight stays) and availability for exceptional weekend work to meet client needs.
- Valid driving license required for travel to client sites and supplier locations.
