Job Summary
We are looking for a Risk Manager to support our strong risk culture and drive improvements in the savings area. You will have a great opportunity to influence and guide the organisation responsible for savings for the entire Swedish business in non-financial risk questions.Responsibilities
•Contribute to continuous and active non-financial risk management •Support leaders and employees to handle non-financial risks in the running business, handle incidents and create a risk conscious, learning culture•Conduct continuous Risk Assessments •Support change owners and managers in conducting such as New Product Approval Process (NPAP) for the savings business including advisory, investments, pensions and insurance
•Support in Markets in Financial Instrument Directive (MiFID) ,Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD), related requirements from a risk management perspective
