    Role and Responsibilities:

    This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful assembly and integration of mechanical components in industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality solutions in the field of industrial automation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Mechanical Assembly: Lead the assembly and integration of mechanical components subassemblies and systems for industrial automation projects.
    2. Blueprint Interpretation: Interpret and work from engineering drawings schematics and specifications to assemble and align mechanical components accurately.
    3. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure components and assemblies meet quality standards and adhere to design specifications.
    4. Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including design engineers electrical engineers and project managers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
    5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization efficiency enhancements and costsaving measures in the assembly and integration phase.
    6. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of assembly processes modifications and quality checks ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
    7. Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines throughout the assembly process ensuring a safe working environment.

    Qualifications:

    • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • 3 years of experience in mechanical assembly preferably in the field of industrial automation or machinery manufacturing.
    • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings CAD models and blueprints.
    • Strong understanding of mechanical principles materials and manufacturing processes.
    • Experience with precision tools equipment and machinery used in assembly processes.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills with an eye for detail and quality.
    • Ability to work effectively in a teambased collaborative environment.
    • Knowledge of safety protocols and practices related to mechanical assembly work.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Proficiency in using CAD software for reviewing designs and assemblies.
    • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to industrial machinery assembly.
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
    • Willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the field of industrial automation.
