- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and analytics engineers, to solve whole problems for users and improve business outcomes.
- Measure, report, and communicate learnings on product performance, providing teams with ownership and actionable insights for improvements
- Present and lead analytical discussions, from funnel performance to pricing strategies, shedding light on product and merchant performance.
- Proactively challenge business performance and practices, creating hypotheses, experiments and tests that will drive the the right change at the right pace.
- Hold a relevant academic degree.
- Bring several years of experience in finance, analytical roles, or consumer finance.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web tracking tools, as well as statistical evaluation of A/B tests.
- Excel and SQL proficiency is a must
- Proficiency in Snowflake and Tableau is beneficial
- Previous experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), whether internal or through consultancy, is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in reading Swedish is a strong asset due to our main market focus.
