Job summary
The role drives continuous improvement initiatives across business processes within the service organization with a strong focus on ERP (LN Infor) system optimization. The role bridges Service and IT, ensuring processes are efficient, scalable and fully supported by the ERP system.Responsibilities
- Lead and drive process improvement initiatives across the service organization.
- Analyse and optimize end to end service processes.
- Act as the main interface between service teams, IT and external ERP partners.
