- Lead blueprinting, detailed design, and implementation of Procurement solutions
- Identify SSAB business experts in the specific functional solution and gather business requirements
- Support and align with Business to ensure the solution meets end-to-end business process requirements
- Participate in RFx processes
- Collaborate closely with internal and external program members to ensure IT solution alignment with business requirements
- Direct and guide build teams in configuration of the system
- Guiding testing teams in identifying focus areas
- Drive early identification and resolution of solution-related issues

- Standard first with Clean Core thinking.
- Bachelor's or master's degree from relevant area
- 5+ years of successful IT development for enterprise needs - or similar experience
- Very good English needed
- Proven experience of S/4 HANA with relevant Procurement experiencefor direct and in-direct procurement
- Proven experience of BTP capabilities and how to use it
- Able to understand end-to-end application architectures and critical integration points towards other solutions
- Able to translate business requirements into overall solution architecture and to resolve conflicting needs
- Knowledge of Plant Maintenance solutions can be seen as an advance
- Knowledge of Ariba or similar procurement can be seen as an advance

About the position

As a part of thetransformation SSAB will be launching program "Aurora" to create new operating model, business processes and IT systems for SSAB's future business.
We are now looking fora cooperative and proactive person for the role as SAP Solution Architect for Procurementfor the Aurora program. In this role you will work closely with both business and IT to makesure the solution architecture meets end-to-end business process requirements. Youwill be responsible for blueprinting, detail design and implementation of directand in-direct procurement solution.
Position will reportto Head of Business Platform.
