- Manage Product Backlog, i.e. creation, refinement and prioritization in alignment with product roadmaps and requirements.
- Communicate goals, requirements and features to implement, to the Development Team.
- Evaluate and drive development progress to fulfill release plans.
- Take decisions together with product management and other team members, on change requests, and on product's release readiness.
- a Bachelor university degree from Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
- experience as Scrum Product Owner in a similar environment.
- have good skills in leadership, communication, facilitation, continuous improvement, and stakeholder management.
- have experience in building System Software products, on-premise, Cloud, SaaS.
- are proficient in written and spoken English.
- are motivated and driven to deliver the best solution for the customer in collaboration with others.
- you thrive in an innovative environment, are curious and love finding solutions in your everyday work.
- have an interest and understanding of technology in general and specifically in software development.
- preferably have a Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master certificate.
- proficiency in Swedish.
