We are currently looking for Sales Assistants to join us when needed. Start immediately or by agreement.
The role of Sales Assistant at INTERSPORT is crucial for our success. Skilled and committed Sales Assistants are what make customers come back to us, time and time again. Sales at INTERSPORT involves attentiveness, active customer engagement, focus on creating an inspiring customer experience, and personalized sales with the best solutions.
Aside from customer interaction and sales, there are other tasks in the store, like ordering and unpacking goods, and ensuring the store is always clean and fresh. At INTERSPORT, you will have a varied daily routine with the opportunity to work in several of our departments.
We breathe sports and challenges at INTERSPORT, so we naturally expect you, as a Sales Assistant, to do the same. The most important thing for us is that you have a genuine interest in sales and customer service, along with an inner drive and a willingness to continue developing. Previous experience working in a sports store is a big plus.
We are looking for someone motivated to work towards goals, who is good at taking initiative and enjoys challenges. You love customer interaction, thrive as part of a team moving forward, and encourage and support your colleagues. We always strive to be there when our customers visit us, so the position is mainly scheduled for evenings and weekends, with the possibility to work weekdays at times (perfect for those looking to combine work with studies or another part-time job).
We expect flexibility and that you enjoy juggling multiple tasks, as our goal is for each sales assistant to be able to serve several customers at once throughout the store.
