- Experience working with Prometheus and Grafana or similar.
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Working in Continuous Integration pipelines.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Willing to learn ServiceNow Development and Administration basics.

I am Anton Magnusson, and I am heading Trouble Ticketing Platform . As a member of my team, you will be ensuring reliability our on-premises ServiceNow instance that will support our Service Assurance and Service & Support processes locally and globally at Telia.

It is a job that calls for someone who can work independent and, in a team setting. You will be building and maintaining pipelines that will push our time to market while at the same time ensuring that all tick boxes have been checked automatically. And to drive that DevOps mindset, you will be a part of a 24x7 "on-call" support together with the developers making sure our platform and services are running without any hiccups so that our workforce can perform and help our customers in the best way possible.
