    Vi på Husqvarna är stolta över våra produkter, en känsla som vi vill förmedla hela vägen fram till våra kunder. Därför söker vi nu efter en Senior Packaging Engineer som vill vara med och fortsätta driva utvecklingen kring konstruktion av emballage.

    Vad ska du göra hos oss?
    Teamets primära uppgift är att skydda produkten på resan från fabrik till kund, en resa som dessutom ska vara effektiv utifrån ett logistiskt och miljömässigt perspektiv. Förpackningen är våra kunders första kontakt med sin nya produkt och den ska representera Husqvarna som varumärke och förmedla den stolthet vi känner för våra produkter.

    Din huvudsakliga roll i teamet är att vara en av våra experter på förpackningsutveckling och optimering av förpackningslösningar. Du kommer ingå i nya projekt inom Husqvarna divisionen (Europa), samt jobba med förbättring av befintligt sortiment. Du har även ett löpande utbyte med alla Husqvarnas globala resurser för förpackningsutveckling.

    Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

    • Utveckla väl fungerande totala förpackningslösningar som skyddar produkten, ger kunden ett bra första intryck och är optimala ur logistiksynpunkt.
    • Konstruera förpackningar alternativt prototyper (både självständigt såväl som i tätt samarbete med våra leverantörer), i ArtiosCAD
    • Förbättra och optimera befintliga förpackningslösningar för att uppnå lägre klimatavtryck, lägre kostnader, samt höja kvalitet och kundnytta.
    • Upprätthålla en expertkunskap inom förpackningsutveckling och hålla dig ajour med utvecklingen i branschen, samt hos våra leverantörer
    • Upprätthålla våra interna guidelines för förpackningar

    Du kommer tillhöra ett team på fem personer som utvecklar och driver emballagelösningar för Husqvarna divisionen. Teamet startade upp år 2020 och levererar ett mycket uppskattat resultat till organisationen. Vi fortsätter nu vår spännande resa där du kommer att få möjligheten påverka men också att göra verklig skillnad genom din insats. Du kommer att vara delaktig- och få insyn i hela flödet fram till slutkund och därmed se resultatet av ditt arbete.

    Vi värdesätter din personliga utveckling och uppmanar därför att du ägnar dig åt kompetenshöjande aktiviteter inom området, vare sig det handlar om att delta på kurser/seminarier, mässor eller genom att nätverka. Vi utvecklas tillsammans.

    Vem du är
    Vi tror att du har ett genuint intresse av lösningsorienterad och uppfinningsrik förpackningsutveckling med motsvarande kravbild som vi möter. Du har arbetat med detta under några år, men kan även ha lite kortare erfarenhet. En viktig utgångspunkt är dock att du behärskar ArtiosCAD väl, är strukturerad och själv kan driva din agenda.

    För att lyckas i den här rollen gillar du förmodligen att bolla tekniska lösningar med kollegor, ibland i ett workshop format runt produkten. Du trivs bäst när du får utmaningar i din vardag med stor möjlighet att utforma kreativa lösningar för en god helhet.

    Skallkrav:

    • Relevant utbildning (eller motsvarande erfarenhet)
    • Gedigen erfarenhet av relevant förpackningsutveckling i well
    • ArtiosCAD
    • Kunskap om olika förpackningsmaterial och produktionsmetoder
    • Förståelse för optimering av förpackning mot logistikflödet (klimat/kostnad)
    • God förmåga att presentera dina resultat och visualisera lösningar
    • Flytande Svenska i tal och skrift, samt mycket god Engelska

    Meriterande:

    • Kunskap runt träemballage
