Job summary
Fenix Outdoor is looking for a structured and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Fjõllräven Production team for temporary contract starting as soon as possible.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee production coordination for our brands Fjõllräven and Tierra, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and functionality of products.
- Manage the production process from order placement to delivery, including handling quality-related issues and follow-ups.
- Serve as the main contact between suppliers, logistics, warehouse teams, and other departments.
- Collaborate with the internal QA team to maintain product quality and handle product claims
- Coordinate with vendors on production priorities, monitor progress,
,manage pre-production samples
,perform seasonal risk assessments
,evaluate suppliers,, manage spare part orders for customer service.
