    Assignment description

    Informatica Developer:

    As an ETL developer, you will work within a Scrum team with requirements managers, solution designer, ETL developers and testers, GCP developers and testers, and your main areas of responsibilities will be:

    • Maintenance of existing components
    • Troubleshooting development and production problems
    • Monitoring of daily and weekly loads
    • Development of new components and integrations
    • Assisting our solution designer with design work

    The perfect candidate is a committed data warehousing specialist, with a yearning to maintain, innovate and improve, is an open-minded person with team spirit as a key value, but who can also take responsibilities.

    Activities overview

    • Maintenance and development of ETL components (workflows, mappings, sessions etc.) in Informatica Power Center
    • Design, development, Unit- and Integrations test
    • Documentation
    • Daily maintenance and operation of Assortment Analytics
    • On call duty during week-ends will occur

    Required skills

    • Several year experience of Informatica PowerCenter (knowledge of Pushdown Optimization is a plus)
    • Several year experience of star schemas in relational databases
    • Good analysis ability and skills
    • Experience and knowledge of Agile methods is appreciated
    • Experience and knowledge of Data Warehouse appliances (i.e. Netezza, Teradata) is a plus.

    • SQL-server tools (SSIS, SSAS)
    • UNIX- and/or Linux competence is a plus
