The team
The Continuous integration team is a part of the Propulsion Software Factory at GTT Powertrain that is responsible for the development environment at GTT. In total they support an organisation with around 500 developers, both in embedded C and function developers.
The CI-team is currently 8 people and are one of three teams in Software Factory and their main responsibility are the pipelines and tools that move the codebase into production. Their two sister teams are focusing on test frameworks and build tools, and on software releases respectively.
They are responsible for a single repo that has all the base code, as well as a Jenkins repo. They design and implement commit checks, automated build systems and more. Some of the systems are in Cloud (Azure) but most are on-prem.
The role
The role is varied and flexible and you'll get the chance to work on a large variety of tasks. From development of new features, to maintenance and user support. Over time, you'll develop an extremely deep knowledge within the CI/CD field.

Talent program
This position is a part of Hubbau's talent program and is a collaboration between Hubbau and Volvo GTT. During the 12 months of the talent program, you will be employed by Hubbau and work as a consultant in your specific role at Volvo GTT. The ambition is for your employment to smoothly transition to a permanent position at Volvo GTT thereafter. The goal is to provide you with an even more rewarding first year that sets you up for success at Volvo GTT and in your future career. The talent program offers training sessions from specialists within Vinngroup to build up your knowledge base.
