    As a Communication Strategist, Sustainability, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Launch social impact fund across all channels and with all key audiences in Spring '24
    • Deliver impactful cultural day campaigns.
    • Collaborate with Stakeholder Engagement team on advocacy initiatives, on topics incl. ocean health.
    • Driving the development and implementation of compelling evidence-based narratives, global campaigns, stories, and messages, that create engagement around sustainability journey and industry leadership, across all global channels, and drive progress.
    • Strengthening employee engagement and build the brand to the key external audiences (future and current customer, talent, and stakeholder) through media, influencers and other third parties.
    • Working collaboratively both internally and externally, building strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting them with high level sustainability communication guidance and actions. You will work with the wider teams in Communications, Sustainability, Design, Marketing & Brand, People Experience, markets and external partners to secure maximum impact and lasting change.
    • Working with business priorities and planning, as well as proactively identifying newsworthy communication opportunities, and develop engaging, meaningful, and creative sustainability communication strategies.
    • Working with internal communications on strategies to foster employee engagement, alignment with business objectives, and a strong sense of belonging. Ensure consistent and transparent communication across all levels of the organization.
