    Job Brief

    As Lurkit's Key Account Manager , you will be responsible for building relationships and increasing the retention and growth of Lurkits most valuable customers.

    Your day-to-day work will involve interfacing with the marketing, PR, social media and community teams of some of the most exciting gaming publishers and developers in the world. You will be responsible for ensuring customer retention in your own portfolio and you'll also plan and run successful end-to-end influencer campaigns for customers using the Lurkit marketplace. By educating, engaging with and supporting customers at key points in the customer journey, you will act as a strategist and mentor to help remove any barriers they might have.

    This role combines account management, campaign management, and relationship building. The ideal candidate is a data-driven relationship builder who loves gaming and has a genuine passion for the success of our customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Help customers and work with them to achieve successful game launches and campaigns
    • Increase the retention and growth of Lurkits most valuable customers
    • Educate customers on the Lurkit ecosystem and coach them through their influencer marketing efforts
    • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via Discord, email or Slack
    • Create and closely monitor metrics to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations
    • Create documentation & help center materials for our customers
    • Be an expert in the way the Lurkit ecosystem works
    • Interface with the customer-facing team to guide product decisions and priorities based on customer feedback
    • Develop a strong rapport and trust with our customers

    Key Qualifications:

    • 3+ years experience in sales
    • Experience selling web-based products/services
    • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
    • Proficient skill in CRM systems such as HubSpot
    • Detail-oriented, problem-solving and analytical
    • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
    • A passion for the gaming industry
