- Conduct compliance audits, assessments, and investigations.
- Provide compliance training and awareness to employees, managers, and business partners.
- Report on the status and performance of compliance programs.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate compliance issues or risks.
- Coordinate with legal team members and external counsel on compliance-related matters.
- Stay updated on legal developments affecting our industry and advise on implications.
- Master's degree in law or the equivalent; Compliance certification preferred.
- Fluency in English; Proficiency in other relevant languages preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of compliance experience from multinational companies or reputable law firms.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in compliance audits and investigations; Security or hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
