- Genomföra analyser av livsmedelssäkerhet och biologiska faror för att säkerställa att verksamheten följer regler och branschstandarder, FSSC
- Utveckla bästa praxis och dokumentation för god tillverkningspraxis för arbete med genetiskt modifierade organismer (GMO) i produktionen.
- Dokumentation för mikrobiologi och god laboratoriepraxis; arbete med nya mikroorganismer för fermenteringsbedömningar och GMO.
- Procedurer för rengöring av utrustning och verifiering för att säkerställa icke-korskontaminering.
- Utveckla träningsmaterial för specifika ämnen.
- Skapa procedurer och riktlinjer.
- Skapa SOP:er för all utrustning & ny utrustning/testsystem
- Riktlinjer för hur man skapar nya SOP:er och riktlinjer.
- Träning och material för träning
- Kunskap om mikrobiologi och livsmedelssäkerhet
- Kunskap och förståelse för kvalitetssystem (HACCP, QACP, GMP, GLP etc.)
- Arbetsmiljö- och säkerhetskunskap
- Erfarenhet inom läkemedels- och livsmedelsproduktion är fördelaktigt.

För vår kund söker vi en expert inom livsmedelssäkerhet och procedurer.
Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:
► Sammanställa och implementera procedurer för livsmedelssäkerhet och biologiska faror:
► Riktlinjer för nya anställda/besökare i en miljö med biologiska faror.
► Utveckla riktlinjer för hur man arbetar i en innovativ/testmiljö.
Erfarenhetskrav:
Arbetsplats: Huvudsakligen baserad i Karlshamn, men en del tid kommer också att tillbringas i Lund. Först kommer det att vara två veckor i Lund där den detaljerade planen fastställs även när det gäller fördelning av tid mellan Karlshamn & Lund. Förmodligen mest i Lund i början och mer i Karlshamn över tiden.
