Project leader / Technical training development
Description:
The resource we are looking for should preferably combine a project management role with practical experience in developing technical training, both format and content. Experience of various educational formats such as teacher-led classroom training in physical and digital classrooms, e-training. The client staff will be responsible for technical content about our products and services, and after the end of the project will manage the results and continue to develop the training activities.

Project leader with subject matter expertise in technical training development.
Overall objectives
The FM training factory development project shall address the following aspects to significantly reduce the time to learn and be certified on different Commissioning and Service Engineers capability levels and thus build a new foundation for BL Force Measurement training centers
Learning objectives in relevant competency areas on different certification levels and product lines
Training content providers
Training formats
Training facilities Digital and Physical
Trainer requirements
Audit and certification criteria and procedures
Capability Audits
Training and certification plans shall include the following competency areas
Safety
Security
Product, systems and services
Customer application
FM processes and tools
Communication and leadership
Deliverables
Trainings and certifications plans for FM offerings consisting of
Competence and skill requirements on different Commissioning and Service Engineers certification levels
