- Work on vessels and with clients to define projects
- Installation, commissioning and service of systems onboard vessels
- Adapting of systems and instructions to specific vessels
- Crew training to provide key information about the systems
- Providing recommendations to improve system efficiency and performance
- Preparations of reports for completed projects and their delivery to the client
- Assistance with service and support issues, support administration and support issue logging
- Technical understanding of ships and automation/electrical systems onboard vessels
- Preferably several years of experience from a similar position
- Higher technical education will be an advantage
- Experience in the maritime industry is preferred
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written

Main responsibilities
As a Commissioning Engineer you will be on-site representative during start-up, commissioning, and service. The Commissioning Engineer ensures that the systems operate as designed and constructed and makes recommendations to improve efficiency and system performance. Your main responsibilities will be:
The position requires extensive travels to ships, yards and customers. When not travelling, your primary work location will be our office in Gothenburg.
