- Organize and coordinate external resources in SLAs.
- Ensure on- and offboarding of resources within the security organization.
- Create a basis for purchasing and follow up on forecasts.
- Support the management of supplier contracts and purchasing processes.
- Coordinate personnel security orders.
- Proactively communicate with the company's leaders in personnel safety issues in the Nordics and Baltics.
- Encourage and promote security awareness within the company.
- Improve and develop the company's security control processes.
- You have experience from an administrative role with several interfaces.
- You have worked with personnel, preferably linked to security.
- You are an excellent communicator.
- You have good IT system experience and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- You have the ability to understand and familiarize yourself with the company's organization.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English.
- You have a degree/knowledge in Economy (meritorious).
- You have experience in project management and working towards clear goals (meritorious).
