To be successful in this role, we believe that:

• You are located within the EU (for legal reasons) and can communicate effectively in English. Since our office is in Stockholm, it would be beneficial if you reside nearby. The majority of our company speaks Swedish natively, so Swedish proficiency would be a plus.
• As we are a small team in a small company, you must be prepared to tackle the most critical tasks at hand, ranging from deep architectural decisions to customer support. We work in a hybrid environment, typically meeting twice a week in the office, so you must be able to work independently.
• We believe that you have at least 5 years of experience in software development.

Extra plus if:

• You have experience in SaaS product development.
• Experience in one or more of the following technologies and products would be an advantage: Apache Cassandra, AWS Dynamic Container Services, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Google Cloud Platform, Google Big Query, Grails.

If both parties agree that there is potential for further exploration, you will be asked to participate in a non-technical test to gain deeper insights into your personality and work style.

The test will be followed by a second interview where you will meet with a HR representative to discuss the test results.

If we are both still interested, we will conduct a final interview. You will be expected to provide us with three references that we can contact after the interview.
