    Are you an experienced marketing automation expert looking for a new challenge? Join our CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) Engagement team as a CRM Automation Specialist and take your skills to the next level.

    About the team

    In total, we are a passionate and skilled CLM team of 10, divided into two sub-teams, CLM Engagement and CLM Sales, working in close collaboration to develop our customer relations globally. We are responsible for engaging our customers and making them want to stay in the service for as long as possible to boost customer lifetime value.

    In the CLM Engagement team we are focusing on developing and continuously improving our global targeted communication flows to onboard, activate and engage our customers. Your job will be to work together with the rest of the team and other stakeholders within Storytel in order to execute, follow up and optimize initiatives.

    About the role

    In this role you are responsible for designing, building and managing effective automated communication flows going out across our markets in our Customer Engagement Platform, Braze. You'll be an important part of the team, and your sparring on how to automate to save time and optimize will be valued and help us do more with less resources.

    Responsibilities

    • Build automated and personalized life cycle communication flow and campaigns across various channels in Braze.
    • Invent new standards of how to work more scalable and more efficiently through automation.
    • Set guidelines for the team on how to use new standards and ways of working
    • Take part in cross-functional projects and also lead your own initiatives end-to-end

    What we are looking for

    • A few years experience in working with CRM/Marketing Automation
    • Experience of working in Marketing Automation platforms such as Braze, Airship, Adobe Experience Cloud.
    • Experience in building and managing automated communication flows across various direct channels such as email, push notifications and in app messages
    • Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
    • Experienced in working with HTML/CSS, API integrations and coding for a personalized and dynamic user experience
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Business level of English, both written and spoken

I live in Stockholm with my husband and our three kids and I have been with Storytel for 2.5 years now. I work from our Storytel office with an amazing view at Riddarholmen in Stockholm. I am truly passionate about CRM and customer experience and I have several years of experience in developing customer experience across various companies. As a manager, I strongly believe in the power of teamwork and the ability to achieve great things when focusing on our opportunities. I prioritize being a supportive and present leader, and I am committed to serving as your sparring partner in reaching both team and personal goals. I strongly believe in the philosophy of 'freedom with responsibility' where we work together as a team to meet deadlines and achieve results.
