- You will be leading the renovation project of the HV Service offices and training center in Ludvika, coordinating with different stakeholders and reporting the project progress on a weekly basis.
- Effectively monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilization.
- You will be involved in monitoring and controlling the project financials, following up the expenditure according to the project budget and reporting to the management team any deviation if occurs.
- You will contact different suppliers and ensure to receive the best available offer for any different aspect of the renovation project, for both materials and services.
- Procuring all required services, materials, and equipment from external and internal suppliers, including support in negotiations, claims and project changes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Acting as the key contact for the supplier base and an escalation point for project issues.
- Technical background would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of suppliers base for renovation projects is a must.
- Previous experience in real state project management is required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer focused approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English language.
