VIE Controller / Management Accounting - Göteborg, H/F

Concrètement votre quotidien ?

Vos missions principales seront le budget et les rapports trimestriels, mais aussi des tâches annuelles telles que le modèle de coût, ou ponctuelles à la demande du siège social, de la direction locale. Vous communiquerez régulièrement avec d'autres services pour les aider à établir leur budget et leurs reportings.

1) Vous harmoniserez et améliorerez la budgétisation ainsi que la production de rapports sur les coûts informatiques. Conformément à la stratégie de l'entreprise visant à être plus numérisée et axée sur le client, les frais généraux informatiques augmentant, vous contribuerez à améliorer la communication entre le controling et l'informatique.

Vous créerez, améliorerez les outils et les rapports de budget de l'informatique en termes d'ETP et de frais généraux à l'aide d'Excel, de PowerQuery et PowerPivot.

Vous créerez des bases de données pour l'analyse, un tableau de bord pour le suivi et les présentations avec Excel ou Power BI.

Vous serez le premier point de contact entre les équipes Controlling et IT/PMO.

Vous adapterez les rapports et les budgets locaux avec les exigences du siège social en matière de reportings, comme le tableau de bord financier de l'informatique (FITD).

2) Vous soutiendrez l'équipe Controlling en participant à l'amélioration des outils de budgétisation et de reporting pour le budget total des frais généraux, à la mise en place d'un outil de budgétisation à partir d'Excel.

3) En collaboration avec l'équipe, vous automatiserez autant que possible les processus de reporting afin de libérer du temps pour l'analyse et le suivi.

L'environnement de travail, c'est important

Vous travaillerez au sein de l'équipe locale de comptabilité gestion (appelée localement l'équipe Controlling) qui se compose aujourd'hui de six membres (y compris le Manager) en charge de missions variées de vérification, comme la gestion du rendement (budgétisation et reporting du top line - ventes GWP, analyse et challenging du département commercial...), gestion des actifs (reporting et administration des actifs détenus pour couvrir les réserves d'assurance - la gestion effective des actifs est assurée par un gestionnaire d'actifs externe), liquidité, gestion du capital et tout contrôle (budgétisation et reporting des frais généraux, analyse, etc.).
L'équipe est composée de personnes de nationalités et d'âges différents qui apprécient travailler ensemble.
L'ensemble de l'équipe Finance compte actuellement 13 personnes et l'entreprise emploie environ 120personnes situées en Norvège (bureau de vente), au Danemark (bureau de vente) et en Suède (siège nordique avec toutes les fonctions telles que Finance, Actuaire, IT, Ops, Juridique, etc.)

Le siège nordique est situé à Göteborg, la deuxième plus grande ville de Suède. La principale industrie est l'industrie automobile (Volvo a été fondée à Göteborg). La ville a une atmosphère amicale et est assez animée, au moins pendant l'été. Où que vous soyez dans la nature, la ville sera assez proche. Il suffit de prendre le tram et après quelques arrêts, vous serez à proximité des bois, d'un lac ou la mer.

Situé près du centre, le bureau de Cardif est facilement accessible en prenant l'une des deux lignes de tramway qui s'arrête juste à l'extérieur. Ou pourquoi ne pas louer un vélo dans certains des lieux de location publics et faire de l'exercice sur le chemin.

Vous suivrez de près toutes les tâches effectuées dans un service Finance. Vous aurez également l'occasion de vous spécialiser dans le domaine du Controlling et d'accroître vos connaissances sur la budgétisation, les rapports et l'analyse. Bien que le poste se concentre sur l'informatique, vous aurez de nombreuses occasions de participer à d'autres missions avec les équipes. Ce VIE sera une bonne expérience en termes d'apprentissage et un tremplin pour votre future carrière en finance.

Vous êtes titulaire d'un master en en finance, contrôle de gestion, comptabilité et/ou audit, et vous justifiez d'une première expérience significative (stage et alternance inclus) en audit financier et/ou contrôle de gestion.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'anglais et MS Excel.

Your daily routine ?

You will work with a wide range of things where the major tasks are budget and quarterly reporting, but also yearly tasks such as Cost model. You might also receive different ad hoc tasks from HO, local management, etc. You will be regularly in contact with other departments to support them in their budgeting and reporting.

1) Following the company's strategy to be more digitalized and customer focused, increasing IT overheads, you will help to align and improve budgeting and reporting of IT costs. You will also contribute to improve communication between Controlling and IT.

You will create, improve IT cost budget tools and reports in terms of both FTE and overheads, with Excel, PowerQuery and PowerPivot. You will create databases for analysis, dashboard for follow up and presentations using excel dashboards and/or PowerBI.

You will be the first point of contact between Controlling and IT/PMO teams.

You will align local reporting, budgeting with HO requirements for reporting such as FITD (Financial IT Dashboard) and others.

2) You will support the controlling team in other tasks. You will participate in the improvements of budgeting and reporting tools for the full overheads budget.

3) In cooperation with the team, you will automate reporting processes as much as possible to free time for analysis and follow up activities.

The working environment is important

You will be working in the local Management Accounting team (locally called the Controlling Team) that today consists of six members working with a wide variety of tasks such as performance management (budgeting and reporting the top line - GWP sales, analyzing and challenging the sales department, etc), asset management (reporting and administrating the assets held to cover the insurance reserves - actual management of the assets is done by an external asset manager), liquidity, capital management and all controlling (budgeting and reporting of overheads, analysis, etc).

The team consists of people from different nationalities and ages and we enjoy working together as a team. The full Finance team constist of 13 people at the moment and the company employs about 120 people located in Norway (sales office), Denmark (sales office) and Sweden (Nordic head office with all functions such as Finance, Actuary, IT, Ops, Legal, etc).

The Nordic head office is situated in Gothenburg, Swedens second largest city. The major industry is the car industry.

The Cardif office is located near the center and it is easily reached by bike or taking one of the two tram lines that stops just outside. Take the tram a few stops and you will be close to the woods, a lake or the sea.

You have a master degree majoring in finance, management control, in accounting and/or auditing.

You have gained first experience (internships and work-study program included) in financial audit and/or management control.

You speak English.

MS Excel no longer holds any secrets for you.
