Din roll som kundservicemedarbetare
I din roll som kundservicemedarbetare för en streamingtjänst kommer du att hantera inkommande samtal, e-postmeddelanden och chatt-förfrågningar från kunder. Du kommer även att ansvara och arbeta med sociala medier. Utöver detta ger du professionell service på en hög nivå och hanterar kunders olika ärenden för att tillgodose deras behov.
Befattning: CSR (Customer Service Representative) Transcom
Arbetstid: Schemalagd arbetstid, med öppettider måndag-söndag,
Anställningsgrad: 100%
Kollektivavtal: Call/Contact Center och Marknadsundersökningsföretag
Anställningsform: Tillsvidareanställning, provanställning 6 månader
