- Together with our tech lead, you will lead and mentor our tech strategy and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of our new tech stack.
- Architect and optimize systems to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance while maintaining security and compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions that meet business objectives.
- Building team together with the CEO and R&D manager, involved in interviews and onboarding.
- More than 5 years in senior roles as a CTO, tech lead, architect, or other experience deemed similar
- Proven track record of hands-on experience in software development and site reliability tasks.
- Experience working in C#, Microsoft .NET Framework, .NET core environment, and
- Experience working with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Experience driving legacy migrations.
- Experience working with AI both as an internal efficiency enabler and as part of the software solution.
- Previously demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve technical excellence and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure management, and DevOps principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving positive change in the technology landscape.
- Its a plus if you have experience working within regulatory industries.
- Confident and mature in the leadership role where you can inspire and engage
- Result-oriented and proactive, able to drive change with a focus on business needs
- Analytical with the ability to reach conclusions and implement changes

About the role
As we prepare for the next phase of growth, we are looking to ensure the technical teams and processes scale efficiently to keep up with our ambitious product and growth targets. We're looking to bring on board a Chief Technology Officer . As the CTO, you will be at the forefront of innovation and shaping our technology strategy. We are looking for a hands-on CTO who is highly involved in the work with our developers and engineers, leveraging your expertise in software development and site reliability tasks to enhance our services' scalability, reliability, and performance. You will oversee the day-to-day tech operations, manage projects, develop and execute our tech strategy, and ensure we have a laser-sharp focus in our R&D department.
