Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated PreSales Engineer to join our clients team which specialises in the design and manufacture of Special Purpose Machines (Automation / Robotics). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs proposing tailored solutions and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth in the specialized machinery domain.

1. Client Engagement: Engage proactively with prospective clients to understand their technical requirements challenges and goals.
2. Solution Development: Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to create innovative customized solutions that address client needs effectively.
3. Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our specialized machinery capabilities showcasing their features benefits and applications.
4. Proposal Creation: Develop detailed technical proposals including scope of work project timelines and cost estimations aligned with client requirements.
5. Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our products staying updated on industry trends technologies and competitor offerings.
6. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the sales cycle aiding in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
7. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients understanding their evolving needs and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the presales process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (2 years) in a technical presales or engineering role within the manufacturing or machinery industry. Experience in Special Purpose Machines or Industrial Automation will be highly desired
• Strong understanding of specialized machinery design principles automation and manufacturing processes.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant technical tools.
• Strategic thinking with a customercentric approach adept at understanding and addressing client needs.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
