    WE OFFER

    Topia Design is a UX Design consultancy agency based in Gothenburg, Sweden and the newest addition to Berge Group . We do strategic design to push the final pixel and product-lifecycle management. Ownership, commitment and transparency are our guiding principles and we are designers that thrive to make an impact.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are looking for a senior UX-designer who will be part of a committed and inspiring team. Our mission is to create better user experiences by being innovative and forward thinking. As a consultant you will be able to get a broad set of competencies from different projects, and it is important for us to support your development. You will either work in our office at Lindholmen or part-time at one of our clients.

    • Work in different kind of projects with interesting clients
    • Be in charge of your own development
    • Develop concepts of digital solutions or services

    YOUR PROFILE

    You should possess the ability to lead the design aspects of a digital product. Planning, Stakeholder mapping, UI & UX Design as well as strong communication skills, both with your team and clients. We value a strong sense of ownership and engagement in everything that we do.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree or relevant education in Graphic Design, UX-design or UI-design
    • Experience presenting visual concepts
    • Worked professionally as a UX-designer for 5+ years
    • Experienced with 'the' current tools (Figma, Adobe suite etc.)
    • Swedish and English speaking

    MERIT

    • Relevant consultancy experience
    • Experience designing larger products/systems
