    Group Sustainability Controller till Addnode

    Addnode arbetar sedan länge strukturerat med vårt hållbarhetsarbete. Vi rekryterar nu till en ny roll inom Group Finance, Group Sustainability Controller, som skall stötta vår hållbarhetsavdelning med rapportering.

    I denna roll kommer du att tillhöra Group Finance och ägna merparten av din tid till att driva arbetet med CSRD-rapporteringen vidare – fokusområden och strategier är identifierat sedan tidigare. Viss del av din tid kommer att ägnas åt att stötta våra divisioner som Business Controller – att mixa en affärsnära roll som Business Controller med den rapporttunga rollen som Group Sustainability Controller tror vi kommer att bli en rolig och spännande roll.

    Har du erfarenhet som Business Controller och hållbarhetsrapportering eller som revisor och god kännedom om de regelverk som styr hållbarhetsrapporteringen är detta en roll för dig. Du har det driv som krävs för att bygga upp en ny roll samt god analytisk förmåga för att tolka regelverk och säkerställa regelefterlevnad. Har du dessutom förmågan att skapa och bibehålla goda relationer är detta en spännande roll. Finns intresse kan vi också erbjuda utveckling inom Business Control för våra divisioner. Rollen är placerad på vårt huvudkontor vid Torsplan och rapporterar till Head of Business Control.

    Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter;

    Ansvar för att införa och säkerställa efterlevnad av CSRD-regelverket och tillhörande rapportering.

    Säkerställa uppfyllelse av CSRD-regelverket samt koncernens hållbarhetsinitiativ.

    Analysera och utvärdera data för att rapportera enligt CSRD

    Mäta hållbarhetsnyckeltal samt identifiera områden för förbättring.

    Samarbeta internt för att säkerställa enhetlig och korrekt hållbarhetsrapportering

    Kommunicera interna och externa hållbarhetsresultat och efterlevnad av CSRD

    Ansvara för hållbarhetsrevisionen.

    Vara en resurs som utvärderar även andra hållbarhetsinitiativ och har förmåga och kapacitet att leda implementation av sådana, exempelvis SBT och HRDDD.

    Bevaka nya regelverk och lagstiftning inom hållbarhetsområdet

    Bstå i att vägleda övrig verksamhet inom hållbarhetsfrågor.

    Stötta någon av våra divisioner som Business Controller

    Din Profil

    Vi söker dig som har relevant akademisk utbildning och tidigare erfarenhet som Business Controller. Har du erfarenhet av hållbarhetsrapportering eller god kännedom CSRD från din roll inom revision är det ännu bättre.

    Du har god analytisk förmåga och arbetar strukturerat och noggrant. Är du en positiv teamplayer kommer du att trivas bra i vårt gäng, För att lyckas i denna roll behöver du också ha förmåga att skapa och bibehålla goda relationer och behärska såväl svenska som engelska i tal och skrift.
