    What you would do as our Learning and Development Partner

    We are looking for a Learning & Development Partner to be the overall responsible in driving the coordination and implementation of diverse training programs tailored to both commercial and technical product-related aspects within the Business Segment Pedestrian. The Business Segment Pedestrian (BSP) within the division ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems develop, promote, and sell products and services for swinging, sliding and revolving doors.
    As the Learning & Development Partner, you will lead the design and execution of commercial and technical product-focused training initiatives. Your responsibilities will include establishing a standardized framework for strengthening commercial and technical product knowledge across various commercial functions, including sales representatives, technical trainers, installers, and service technicians within the Business Segment Pedestrian. The training programs includes the full employee lifecycle from onboarding/induction to advanced level. This means to keep existing product trainings updated as well as securing new trainings linked to new product launches. Other examples of trainings can be linked to the sales process such as pricing and sales excellence programs.

    You would also

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial Product Managers, Product Specialists, and Training content owners to secure training content, manage content production and the develop comprehensive and relevant trainings and curricula for different purposes.

    • Implement a blended learning approach incorporating e-Learnings, interactive virtual sessions, webinars, and face-to-face trainings.

    • Oversee the maintenance of the sales and technical product training library within our Learning Management System (LMS).

    • Lead and support internal trainer networks to ensure effective delivery of local trainings.

    • Manage the annual training calendar and coordinate training facilities and resources.

    • Stay updated on emerging learning tools and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness.

    The skills and experience you need
    We are looking for a candidate with:


    • a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and minimum of 5 years of experience in operational roles related to learning and development.

    • previous exposure to international, multicultural environments, with proficiency in English - both verbal and written.

    • pedagogical approach to designing training programs and setting global learning standards.

    • familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SuccessFactors and course creation tools like Articulate.

    • demonstrated project management skills with a focus on delivering results.

    • independent, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

    The ideal candidate is operational yet tactical & strategic, possessing the ability to navigate day-to-day tasks while keeping an eye on long-term goals.     The candidate will collaborate closely with the Global HR team in BSP and the Divisional Learning & Development Network, reporting to the VPHR for Business Segment Pedestrian.
