Purpose of the Job

We currently have 2 temporary positions available for the duration of 18 months due the Commercial B2B Transformation. Ikano Bank is on an exciting transformation journey to develop our working methods and solutions. Our vision is to create user-friendly digital opportunities for the many people by unleashing the potential of our employees and partners. In this temporary role you will be working as Services Agent with either Leasing or Factoring support at our offices in Hyllie, Malmö. We are looking to fill these positions at the earliest opportunity.
Your role will be responsible for making credit decisions on companies based on financial key figures and balance sheet analysis. To serve as the main contact for B2B customers, provide ongoing support and build strong relationships with business clients, resolving their queries, offering expert guidance on financial products, and acting as a crucial liaison between the client and the bank to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities of the Job
- Perform credit assessments of companies based on financial statements and market data
- Handle phone calls, emails, incoming contracts, supplier invoices, and contract-related documents
- Maintain continuous communication with customers and colleagues, playing a key role in collaborating with other departments within the bank
- Provide support for all inquiries from commercial teams, client, customers, and support departments
- Gather, analyze, and manage information about corporate customers in compliance with AML/KYC regulations
- Ensure compliance with GDPR requirements
Education Level
Bachelor's Degree
Experience/Demonstrated Competencies
- Relevant business education
- Proven experience working in a financial company, preferably B2B
- Computer and MS Office knowledge, and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Comfortably handling calls, email, processes and documentation in both Swedish and English
Language Competencies
Knowledge required
- Proven knowledge of Customer service in B2B environments
- Strong Communication skills (phone, email and in-person)
- Experience with customer due diligence (KYC) and identifying beneficial owners
- Proven knowledge and understanding of the Leasing Business
- Demonstrated experience in managing customer and supplier ledger account
