Internationella Engelska Skolan (IES) is a leading independent school group with academic results far above average and a diverse and energetic staff.

Teaching is in both Swedish and English, and the hallways are bilingual. The language of meetings and communication amongst the staff is English.

IES is one of Sweden's largest school groups at compulsory school level with 48 schools and around 32,000 students across the country.

We follow the Swedish national curriculum with up to 50% of teaching in English.

What are we looking for?

• You need to be fluent in Swedish and advanced in English.
• You must uphold Swedish certification (Lärarlegitimation) to teach Craft (slöjd) to students in yr 6 to years old).
• You have knowledge of and share the core values of Internationella Engelska skolan ́s Ethos
• You have experience and an excellent track record in working with 1115 year old students
• You thrive in working with your colleagues and always aim to exceed expectations and go the extra mile.
• The subject is taught in accordance with the Swedish curriculum
